Only recieved half of my refund. Fed Gov stated I should have gotten all of it.

The Federal and state refunds (if applicable) come in separate deposits.  So if you were expecting both refunds, be sure you are only considering the Federal refund.   If you were due both, verify which one of them you received.

How short was your refund?

Did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?   If so, then in addition to any product fees that would be subtracted, there is also an additional 39.99 service fee for that option (44.99 for California filers).
