Yes Legally married.Let me ask you this.I have to look her up if so , it's going to take me a while to get back to you.im depending on the money the gov sending I haven't worked I'm I ok

OK ... so if you  never got a divorce then you had to have been filing separately all these years ... the info you need should be on all those prior year returns.

Did you work in 2019 (or 2018)?  If you didn't have any income you don't have to file a tax return and you can not efile a return with zero income on it.   Don't know how they will be sending the extra money to people that haven't filed.

If you only get Social Security they will use your Social Security Account and you don't have to file a return.
