I got my turbo prepaid Visa card when I file my turbo tax but is on my name only and my wife no there ..the we still receive us tax refund???

That must be normal.  The FAQ linked below says:

"The Turbo Prepaid Visa Card will be issued under the name of the primary filer on the tax return."

That's all I know.   Since it says primary filer, that implies they are talking about a joint return.   There's also a phone number in those FAQs if you want to talk to the Card people.
