How can i file my 2017 taxes on turbo tax? Tomorrow is the last day.

You can file a 2017 tax return at any time.
Or did you mean 2018?

2017. I tried here on turbotax app for android and it said i had to download software to my laptop in order to do it.

You cannot file a 2017 return online.  You can only file 2018 taxes online right now.  Once the filing deadline closes for the year in October, the return can no longer be e-filed.  You would need to purchase the 2017 desktop version of TurboTax through Amazon or TurboTax, download and install it on your computer and then print and mail your 2017 return to file it.
