NYS sent me a letter need to file again can I do it online now?

need to file NYS tax again How can I do that ?

You can only efile the state once so if you have already efiled successfully then you will have to print, ink sign and mail the return as requested by the state.

After paying turbotax to file my taxes, I got a letter from the PA Department of Revenue saying that an adjustment was made to the return filed. What's going on here?
