Been going on for 2 months trying to figure out who claimed me on their taxes. Need help!

I am trying to file my taxes and found out in Feb. 2017 that someone claimed me on their taxes without me knowing and now I can't get my taxes file because of this illegal action. I need help

Nothing will change in the next two months either.

Your only option is to file a paper return via US Mail.
