I'm so angry!! Why am I expected to do everything perfect on their timeline but no one down there can do their jobs!?!? It's bs that it's taking months for them to process something that took me 20 minutes to fill out!! It really makes me question their intelligence...I wish there was something I could do, protest or something but like it would even accomplish anything, they have me hung and couldn't care less, it's like they forget it's MY money

No update on WMR, nor did my transcripts update. Last code is 570 with 3/27 date. Processing date says 3/27 as well. Had the same issue last year and never got my refund even after fighting with them all year

I still have no answers. I keep getting the run around, no one can tell me why I have a hold. I ordered transcripts again so I should get them by Friday so I can see if any information is on it
