Why is my state return still pending when my federal has been accepted already? State is normally first or they're accepted at the same time. Is there a way to retransmit

No...you have to wait.

The states (at this time of year) may be well behind the IRS, and may still be testing their computers.

IF you don't get a state response after the first full week in February...then check this status site first:

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

No...you have to wait.

The states (at this time of year) may be well behind the IRS, and may still be testing their computers.

IF you don't get a state response after the first full week in February...then check this status site first:
