Retrieve just e-filed federal forms sent to IRS an hour ago. found incorrect 1099R form.

Retrieve just e-filed federal forms sent to IRS an hour ago. found incorrect 1099R form.

No you cannot retrieve your return from the IRS to make a correction.  

Once a return is e-filed it can be accepted or rejected.  If rejected then you can make a correction and resubmit the return.  If accepted then you would need to do an amendment (https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908543-do-i-need-to-amend).

No you cannot retrieve your return from the IRS to make a correction.
