No option to remove efile charge for state return.

I want to print and mail my turbotax state return but there's no option to remove the charge from the purchase page.  I did this last year without an issue.

Go through the FILE section again from the beginning, and you'll get to the page where you can indicate that you want to file by mail for your State return.  This will remove the State Efile charge from the final checkout page.

Clear your Cache and Cookies if you're using TurboTax Online.
