I messed up and filed my taxes too soon before I got all of details. Can I stop it?

No. Once it has been submitted, that is the same as dropping it in the mailbox.

Moving forward, you will need to wait to see if your return is accepted or rejected. If rejected, you may correct and resubmit. If it is accepted, you will need to file an amendment.
