No, don't amend. Your return will be rejected because the IRS matches your name with your SSN and birth date. When your return gets rejected, make the necessary changes before re-sending or filing.

No, don't amend. Your return will be rejected because the IRS matches your name with your SSN and birth date. When your return gets rejected, make the necessary changes before re-sending or filing.

What if it don’t get rejected

You don't need to amend for a wrong birthday unless it changes the age to over or under 65.
