Does it seem that everyone that has filed with Turbo Tax in 2019, has gotten a 5071c from the IRS? Is anyone else having that problem? If so, what has been your outcome?

I’m calling a tax advocate as soon as I get off work today. It’s been two weeks too long since I verified 2/19 and no update or bars given.

It seems as if thosr who filed hrad of household are getting flagged because the IRS is changing the status to single and it messes our refund up and we have to wait an additional 9 weeks for something they did i filed 1/29 got my letter 2/16 verified 2/19 and it still says we have received your refund and it is being processed

@alexshanice that's nice we have to wait because of their mistake, so infuriating!!. I verified 2-20 and still nothing.  I've seen some posts of people who verified on 2-22 2-25 AMD got their return date which is even more baffling why we donr have ours yet

Filed 2/2/2019 and didn't receive letter until 3/1 and verified my and husband's identity on the same day. Very frustrating I didn't  receive letter sooner or knew about so I could've verified with them sooner. IRS app just says still processing. Has anyone received their refund already this year after verifying y'all's identity?? Please let me know ? Really need the refund .
