So I already filed my taxes. My husband got $15000 in unemployment which increased our AGI to 160,323. But the new package said that the first 10,000 should be tax free. Prior to that our income was 145,000. Does this effect the overall AGI? And if so, how do I amend the return because we would be eligible for the stimulus package if we are under the 160,000 mark.
