Never recieved my prepaid card unable to log in to account

I never received my turbo tax card and am unable to log in to my turbo tax account. Unable to contact support as well.

I have tried and every time they ask me for my card number which I don't have because I never recieved it and everytime i try to log in to my account online it asks for my card number which i dont have cause i never received it

Use the website https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/

Click on Help at the top right of the web page

On the FAQ Table of Contents click on GETTING A CARD

Scroll down to How long does it take to get my personalized card in the mail?

Click on  Card Not Received

Log onto your account or Create an online account

Hmmm...That is not going to work since the website to create an account asks for a card number that was never received.

Let me look around and see if I can find an answer that works.

Have you tried this option - (888) 285-4169.  Press Option 1, then 2

Listen to all the menu options before entering anything..

It will ask for your card number (which you won't have), so it will mention SSN (don't enter it).  Instead, keep listening, and it will say "To report a card lost, stolen, or never received press 1".    Then for "never received" press 2.

When i press 2 and click never received they again ask for the card number though that is the problem im having

when i do that it says i have more than one card with them and to enter the last 4 digits of the card im calling about what joke I'm never using this service again
