My turbo card balance is still 0

Help with tracking and staying up to date with your return including deposit dates can be done by using the link provided. Where's me refund?

Are you referring to your full IRS tax refund or the loan advance through turbo tax?

My turbo card balance is still 0

Make sure you have activated your card. See this FAQ on How to get your refund on your Turbo Card. There is also an 888 customer support number you can call if you are still having issues with your refund not being on your card.
