My tpg still says unfunded But my deposit date is tomorrow

TurboTax only gave you an estimated date for your refund---that was not a promise.   The IRS is in control of your refund.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

Sbtpg has had my money since 2/18/22 and my ddd is tomorrow and I have nothing yet either so no it's not the IRS it's Sbtpg

Does it still say unfunded. My DDD is 2/24 and still unfunded

My dd was 2/24 and still nothing sbtpg hasn't funded my account either anyone with this ddd have their refund from sbtpg yet?

Yes same thing.  They said call back friday alot of people with 2/24 dates has been sent to anothet.department to be fixed for some reason

Wow thanks for the info I called the irs they gave me the banks number I called the bank and they gave me sbtpg number but I can't reach anyone to save my life so hopefully we get some act right by next week.

When you call SBTPG bank keeping calling. Press 1 for English. Press 3 enter a random 6 digit number and it will start ringing it might hang up after 10 mins but keep calling.i get through every time

I've done the same thing I spoke with someone who picks up after maybe almost a hour but they say they have to transfer me because I filed with tt and then I'm holding for hours just for the line to hang up never speaking with anyone about my situation I'm going to try again though.

IRS “Where’s my fund” tool says my Direct Deposit was sent to my bank on 2/16/2022 and I do not see anything funded on my account. Went to SBTPG website and still showing “unfunded” as of 3/02/2022. Any others who has the same experience?
