First , be sure you itemized. You can see this be looking at line 40 of Form 1040. You won’t have a schedule A if used the standard deduction. Should-You-Itemize
Next choose “Download all forms and worksheets”, not the PDF if you’d like to access all Forms, Schedules and Worksheets after you’ve filed. A screen shot has been provided and the answer below provides more detail.
Tip: If you’re trying to preview before you file, you’ll be prompted to pay (step #4 in the following link) before viewing the full return. How-do-i-preview-my-turbotax-online-return-before-filing

1. I filled out the Deductions and Credits section of the Step-by-Step section. It added up to more than the standard deduction.
2. My taxes have been filed.
3. I printed to PDF ALL forms and schedules
4. I looked at the PDF of the ALL forms and schedules and found no Schedule A
5. I started the 2019 Turbo Tax application and looked at View / Forms. No Schedule A.
6. The amount shown on my return is the standard deduction, not the total of my itemized deductions.
What happened? How do fix so I can file an amended return?

Some of the itemized deductions are limited -
Only the amount of your medical expenses greater than 7.5% of your AGI can be deducted.
The total of your State Income Taxes or Sales Taxes paid plus Property Taxes paid is limited to $10,000 ($5,000 if filing as Married Filing Separately)
The total of all your itemized deductions on Schedule A must be greater than the standard deduction for your filing status to have any tax benefit.
Standard deductions for 2019
If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions installed on your personal compute, click on Forms.
When in Forms mode click on Open Forms at the top left of the page.
Type in Schedule A and click on the result to open.
What is the total amount shown on the Schedule A Line 17?
