My return was accepted about 2 hours ago. But my advance of 500 has not been loaded like the site said after an hour. Is it like 1 hour but only during business hours?

You’ll receive your Refund Advance virtual card info within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed return, by email. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. You should receive your refund advance funds within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

First, I want to say thank you for your rapid response to the client, that means a lot.

With that said, I just filed my returns yesterday 02/03/2020 was accepted within the hour for both State and Federal. I received my login info for my virtual card, but I too have not received my $2000.00 advance.
On the site, it states that you will receive your advance and can start spending online within an hour...
I am unsure about where in the offer it stated that it would be 48hrs? Now, understand that 48hrs is not unreasonable to be able to access some of my refunds, so at this point, I am not too worried about it.
I do believe better wording on the site would eliminate 90% of the issues that I have seen posted.
Most people if given the option of 3 weeks or 48hrs would always choose the lesser of the two so there is no reason to really state that it is an hour when it potentially is not.
I personally, loved the ease at which I could file this year and feel that I am not displeased at all with my experience to far. 
We shall see where this slight side road takes us and hopefully we can all smile in the end.

Once the IRS accepts your e-filed return and if you are eligible and approved for Refund Advance (a 0% APR loan with $0 loan fees) and the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you will first get a notice in 1 hour, to set up the account. Once the account is set up the money then hits the account w/in 48 hrs.
