My refund was scheduled to be sent to my bank today but hasn’t been sent yet, what’s the issue?
When the status of your
refund is Refund Sent, it means the IRS has sent your refund to your
financial institution for direct deposit. This status will tell you when your
refund was sent to your bank.
It may take
your financial institution 1 – 5 days to deposit the funds into your account. Please wait until it’s been
five days from the date we sent the refund to your bank to check with your bank
about the status of your refund. This time frame is provided to allow for the
variations in how and when banks deposit funds.
If you haven't
received your refund in your account after the 5 day waiting period, you can
call the IRS. IRS representatives will be able to research the status of
your refund if your return was accepted (received) more than 21 calendar
days ago. The number to call them at is 1-800-829-1040, but prepare yourself
for a potentially long wait times.

@Tone21 Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account. Using pay with my refund can add approximately 3 business days to that timeframe, total of 7-10 business days.
So once Santa Barbara Tax Products Group receives your refund from the IRS, they will take out the fee and send to your financial institution.

The refund processing service generally does not hold up or delay a deposit. I believe the issue here is that the IRS released a big batch of refunds for those that were being held for EIC and CTC (PATH Act). This may have created a delay on SBTPG's end. You can contact SBTPG by using this link: https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us/articles/230084587-Contact-Information to call customer care, or this link https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to send a message. You can also track the process of your refund processing by using this link: https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login

I agree. Most places tell you that you will get paid 2 days faster if you use them. But that rarely happens. Normally I get paid a few hours earlier. I have a ddd of the 16th but i guess not now.

Dang, calm yourself down; I understand people need their money, but if you work full time, budget better, then maybe you won’t be so agitated and before y’all start on the “my entire paycheck goes for bills” crap or whatever, save it, just excuses for you entitled brats who think y’all owed something. You eat out ever? Cut it back. Cable, internet, phone? Cut it back and if y’all already getting that for free, then y’all have no right to complain, because you’re getting back more than hard working Americans who don’t get government hand outs. So sick of you liberal idiots & so is everyone else

check your return to make sure the routing and account numbers are correct. if not the check went to the bank was rejected and sent back to the IRS to issue you a paper check which will take months for you to get it. otherwise start a refund trace
