My Payment from SBTPG is lower then my refund

I noticed my Payment from sbtpg is hundreds lower then what I was supposed to receive. Please help.

There is an issue going on currently where customers who used Refund Transfer or Refund Advance products have received less money from their IRS refund than anticipated. The issue is being investigated further, but at this point, the only information we can share is that you must contact the IRS directly.
