Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

I am aware, but they do pull out money from my refund to cover the PLUS cost. Instead of just pulling out that amount, I was informed by the IRS and GreenDot Bank that my entire refund amount was taken and deposited.
@megan-gibbons8 The third party bank receives your full federal refund, takes out the amount you owe to TurboTax for using TT's software, plus a "refund processing" fee of $39.99 ($44.99 in CA) and then they send you what is left of your refund. If you make a mistake with your own banking information, or if your account closed, etc. it gets complicated and you have to sort it out with the third party bank.
How can I see my TurboTax fees?

What is Refund Processing Service?
It was confirmed on my federal return that my banking information was accurate. So what you're saying is I have to call this GreenDot bank to have this resolved? Despite the error being either TurboTax or GreenDot bank?
Yes. YOU have to call the third party bank to sort it out. TurboTax gets no information whatsoever from the IRS after you file your tax return. TurboTax cannot intercede with the IRS for you. You simply used a software program and chose to pay for using that program by paying from your refund instead of paying upfront with a credit or debit card, so now you have to pursue it with the bank that handles the refund processing. Going forward, I, for one, strongly urge NEVER using refund processing. Pay for using the software before you file using your own debit or credit card and you avoid this complication.
Did you ever get your refund. I’m dealing with the exact same issue
