My accepted 2023 tax return incorrectly included estimated taxes to be paid using form 1040-ES, do I need to file an amended return to delete those payments?

In other words, MUST I AMEND? Will I be penalized if I don't make those estimated tax payments as per the date?

No, the estimated payments are suggestions ONLY

Did it print out the 4 1040ES  slips?  Those are optional and don't get sent with your return so the IRS won't be expecting them.  You can ignore them.  They are just a suggestion.

No need to stress over the 1040ES vouchers.   Those are optional to use.  They are not sent to the IRS when you e-file.   They are for your own use if you want to make estimated quarterly payments for your 2024 tax so that you can avoid a big tax bill at tax time next year and avoid an underpayment penalty next year.    If you do not expect to owe at least $1000, you do not need them.  Even if you will owe more, it is up to you--use them or shred them.
