My 2022 Intuit Turbotax federal income tax summary page shows that I recieved a refund from the IRS but in fact I had to pay . Is this an error?

If you have taxes owed the Tax Summary page will show Balance Due

If you have a tax refund the Tax Summary page will show Amount to be Refunded

What does your Tax Summary page indicate?

Once filed the return is final and it will never be changed even if the IRS changes your return as the program gets no updates from the IRS or state once the return has been filed and accepted.   If the return was changed by the IRS or state then you can change the archived return if you want to by using the amendment process.
