My 1040 is not with all my other documents like w2, 1098E,1099Cons. and when i download the "Documents" from turbo tax, I get only my w2. So i get less docs

also HOW can i speak to NOT a robot and talk to a human without spending money. i shouldnt have to spend money to get help on my taxes which are REQUIRED by law

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

The tax documents that you uploaded were used to prepare your tax return. They wouldn't necessarily be retained in your tax files unless they had to be submitted to the IRS, such as your W-2 form for instance. So, if they are not available with the printout of your tax return documents, you will have to secure them from the companies that issued them.
