Missing info from previous return

I am starting a new return just like I always do. All it seems to be transferring is me and my wife's info.  No children's info, no previous employer info, no previous charitable deduction info.  It used to show you what you did in the prior year and it saved a lot of typing in the same info all over again. Something is not right. Thanks.

Transfers must be done when you first start the return. If you are using a free version that option is not available, upgrade to the Plus version or higher to unlock that data. As long as you haven't paid your TurboTax Online fee (or registered a cost-free version), you can clear any data you entered.  (Fees paid through Refund Processing and pre-paid code also count as "paid.") https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2586254-using-clear-start-over-in-turbotax-online
