Transfers must be done when you first start the return. If you are using a free version that option is not available, upgrade to the Plus version or higher to unlock that data. As long as you haven't paid your TurboTax Online fee (or registered a cost-free version), you can clear any data you entered.  (Fees paid through Refund Processing and pre-paid code also count as "paid.") https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2586254-using-clear-start-over-in-turbotax-online
