@dionne43207 I just got my transcript I think it says zero all around cause it was requested before your taxes was processed cause it has them on mines and my prior year got the numbers on it

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the letter in the mail to verify? I called them thursday and how long does it take to verify. Thanks!

It took me like 2 weeks and some days to get the letter..and i had to go into the irs office because they said they couldn’t verify me over the phone..but it took about 10 minutes once i was seen...good luck

@braceface2018 ..your so welcome..their going to tell u 9 weeks for a refund but i Verified my identity on 2/22 and this morning i had a DDD Of 3/6..just hang in there

Mine is saying "we cannot provide any information about your refund" even though turbotax says estimated date of 3/6. This is frustrating, I hope I dont have to refile or something, it makes me very frustrated since I have bills to pay

@ashjohnson15 How did you verify online ??? I was told you couldn't do that, that you have to wait for the letter because it'll have another number to call and walk you through steps

@ashjohnson15 ..i filed on 1/28..got a letter 2/20..called them and they told me they couldn’t verify me over the phone so i had to make a appointment to go into the irs office on 2/22..and i was verified
