I got an email that says I have a message from my expert, and it is nonexistent. I can't get anyone to help me. The last call I got, I answered, and the automated voice said I did not answer the call. Which is weird because I had to answer the call to hear that message. Then there is no easy answer to this. The two links that were provided say that one says the page no longer exists. The second link says I do not have the right access. Again no sense since I pay for the premium. No one is getting me the message I need.
