Makes no sense

So I TurboTax called me this morning the woman explained to me that the problem isn’t with the bank an that TurboTax has no problem getting a hold of them I then told her well can you give me that number she then replied she couldn’t an that if you call the bank it will just reroute you to customer service for TurboTax I then explained too her that’s the problem no one is picking up the phone to verify the check so it can be cashed she replied what do you want to do you have two options keep trying to cash it or get another check from irs that will take 10weeks that means I wouldn’t receive my taxes until may sometime an that’s crazy I will not be filling with them again because it’s to many of us with the same problem to not be fixing this error makes no sense

If the bank has concerns with the validity of the check, they can contact Intuit directly at 1-800-780-9247.  A dedicated team is available for verification purposes.  Also, if the check is uncashed after 90 days, the check will be returned to the IRS.  The taxpayer can then work with the IRS to receive their tax return.

Your refund check contains security features to ensure a hassle-free deposit, including:
