mailed taxes not received

I filed my 2020 taxes by mail and some how they got lost. I am trying to down load them again to mail them again (this time with a tracking number)

How do I re-print my taxes? I am unable to open -download.tax file

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2022 return online and enter some personal information  so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

@jvabfb when did you mail the 2020 tax return?   the IRS is backlogged and they don't reflect anything in the Where's My Refund tool until they begin scanning the documents (which is MONTHS after mailing).

the IRS website states they have processed all tax returns that have no errors through March, 2022 only.

if you mailed 2020 after MArch, it is possible they have yet to process it.
