I had the same thing but I got a tax Adovcate and I don’t have to wait the 60 days. I would advise you to do the same

The IRS was closed for return processing for some time to focus on the economic stimulus payments. They have resumed normal operations and are now processing returns. This isn’t helping  anyone! Why the same responses from TT Employees and experts? Mostly copying & pasting what’s on the IRS website. These People are asking WHY IN THE H*LL CAN’T THEY GET THEIR TAX REFUND!? It’s their money! They work all year for it! You better believe if any of us owed the IRS they’d confiscate our belongings they wouldn’t accept a letter from us to wait another 60 days then another letter to wait 60 more, then 60 more…. it’s a JOKE! The government Can find out any information on any one of us in minutes but they can’t complete a simple tax refund in six or seven months? Right. 

I got the same letter in 2022, can anyone tell me how it worked out for them?

I as well got a letter Feb 2022. I am 1 week away from the 60 day mark and still have not heard from the IRS or received a refund. I did hear from TurboTax though saying they're going to charge my account the money owed for processing. Um no, I agreed to have it taken from my taxes. When I receive mine, y'all will get yours! That was the agreement I signed. Maybe instead of asking for money figure a way to help your customers. I've used turbo tax for 11 years now but will not next year!

Your reply is 0% helpful. I know how to check my return. However I do not know how to get the irs to answer my questions even though its benn more than 60 days and they say they can not help me. But turbo sure wants their money. Wheres mine. Turbo nor irs can answer that.
