Letter 12C from the IRS

Hello,

I submitted my 2019 tax return last April. In July 2020, I received a letter 12C from the IRS, requesting the amounts and dates of all estimated tax payments I made his tax year and supporting documents to verify income and withholding.

Within 10 days, I send all of the required information, with a cover letter and a copy of the 12C letter. I haven't heard back from the IRS, so I assume the case was closed.

Now, when trying to file my 2020 tax return, I've noticed that my 2019 tax return is not processed. This is the information from the IRS transcript:

"On March 05, 2021, we received a request for verification of non-filing for a tax return. As of the date of this letter, we have no record of a processes tax return for the tax period listed above".

*Tax period: December 2019.

I tried calling the IRS, but no one answers there. There is an automated voicemail that due to high traffic they cannot take additional calls at this point.

What can I do to resolve this issue?

Also, I am unable to e-file my 2020 tax return, because the Adjusted Gross Income is inaccurate. I assume it is because they haven't processed the 2019 TR?

Thank you in advance!
