Can we file a lawsuit at this point! This is ridiculous! No communication, no follow up email! Still took my deposit and my savings account deposits! 
how do you close someone’s account with money in it without proper notice! 
Because they are about to get sued.

What exactly is your complaint against TurboTax?  

TurboTax cannot access your bank account other than to deduct the TurboTax account fees that you requested to be paid from your federal tax return.
