No one else has access to your account, your tax return or your screen. We cannot see your tax return, so we do not know if there is a problem with anything you entered on the Form 1040.
You have asked several questions since April of this year, and have had several knowledgeable replies to them. In your first post you posted your routing number and account number, which were removed for your protection, since this is a public web site. You did not really ask a question in that post, so we still do not know if you entered wrong banking account information on your tax return--you did not explain why you were trying to post your account number here. You have also asked when your refund is coming. As has already been explained to you, we do not know. The IRS is backlogged because of the pandemic. Refunds are taking longer than normal. After you file your tax return, TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS. Only the IRS has control. The IRS is not taking phone calls at this time, so you cannot call them to inquire about your refund. All you can do is check the refund site, which updates once a day.
Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
