I went on February 28,2018 to verify my identity. Why would it take 6-9 weeks to receive my refund?

Plus you get w2 they are really tripping this year im self but i got bank statements intuit self app and reciept book for my services just in case i aint hearing it they are lucky all i claimed was car and mileage but i got a caseload of others like lodging gas meals utilities rent if they wanna go that route

I call every week to check with rep i filed 2/2 veeified 2/28 every rep has said everything is fine but this last rep yesterday sad wmr only updates mon-fri is this true b3cause every other rep says it update 7 days a week an still waiting

I got update today verify the 9th of march said my check b mailed out march 30th i dont know why they mailing it when i ask for it to be on turbo card

my point was Turbotax i supposedly stands behind, but yet all of us with needing identity verified..has anyone ever been locked out and tried to get back into turbo after being locked out....holy ...anyway..after I verified, Irs lady told me they have to tell everyone 9 weeks which theyve see but seen some receive it as soon as 1 week...I finally am off the processing and have a date so less than a week later I'll receive mine..considering its been 5 wks and counting so...keep the hope people....fellow user.
