It's been over a month and it's still saids it's being process.

I file my refund on February 07, 2022 and since my refund been on processing and it's been over a month and it haven't change can someone one please help me out. I called and checked the IRS website and nothing and when I call the IRS number theirs is no help it just hangs up on me and I went to the IRS office and they said they can't help me I already did everything. Can someone help me out with this problem.

TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return, nor can TurboTax intercede with the IRS or state on your behalf.  Once you file your tax return, the software company is done.  You have to watch for information on the IRS or state refund sites.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
