It's been 37 days since my filing, where is my refund? Should I re-file? Should I try and contact the IRS? When I check where's my refund, it says "processing" help?

No, you do not re-file--not unless you discover that your return was not accepted.

Check to see if it was accepted:     https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

You say it shows that it is processing on the IRS site--which indicates that it was indeed accepted and the IRS is working on it.  So you need to be a bit more patient.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

If you really want to call the IRS--expect to be on hold for a long time.  800-829-1040

@jamierae1330 me too. If you do call let me know if they give you any information. Mine says still processing as well. This is beyond crazy. Best of luck

if it says processing, then the IRS got your return.
