It’s been 3 days since I filed and I haven’t feom from the IRS. It’s still pending. Should I be concerned.?

No, pending simply means that the government hasn't accepted or rejected your tax return yet. Please see the information available here for assistance.

When you e-file your tax return, you will receive two emails. The first email only confirms the transmission was received. The second email will state if the IRS or your state either accepted or rejected your e-file. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ that explains in more detail the pending process here.
