Does anyone know what I need to do to fix error "Form 502_Form calculation(State and local income taxes) has not been finalized. You must obtain an update..."

It just means that you have forms that are not ready to file yet. Once they are finalized, TurboTax Online will update automatically. No action on your part needed.
