When I check "Where's My Refund" on IRS.gov, it doesn't have my information even though my file was transmitted 72 hours ago. Why?

Thanks, but gives me same answer. Was hoping someone from Turbo Tax could explain to me why without having to call.

Turbo Tax gives the same answer as the IRS?  If the filing status shows no info or No Results then you didn't finish filing it.  If you filed it and the IRS hasn't accepted it yet then Turbo Tax would say Pending.

It can take a few days when the IRS first starts up, due to the backlog.
