Turbo tax people are liars. You can't cancel and can't speak to anyone. Don't get this card. Plus there is a monthly fee.

There def is not and its bull**bleep** because after you spend it down to zero it keeps charging you and you cant cancel right now because of virus. This card sucks and is a bad idea.

why are you guys keep lying to us?  Don't give me the standard response. Are your call centers open? is there not an email address we can contact? I understand the Covid is hitting everyone hard but is no excuse. Someone needs to handle this. Please do something. hitting another number besides 1,2,3,4 will not get anyone any where. I know its not you who is doing this. I get that but come on this isn't fair. I've been using you guys for years and we can't get this simple task done? what's going on? Stop please and cancel my card there isn't anyone trying to take a call. :'(

I have emptied my account. I have called the number on the back of my card but nothing will cancel it. I have to pay a monthly fee? This is ridiculous...

I have tried app, web site.  Never can get to cancel card.  I took all money off card, but don’t want to pay service fee every month since not direct depositing or keeping $1000.00 on card.  Thank you for any help.
