why are you guys keep lying to us?  Don't give me the standard response. Are your call centers open? is there not an email address we can contact? I understand the Covid is hitting everyone hard but is no excuse. Someone needs to handle this. Please do something. hitting another number besides 1,2,3,4 will not get anyone any where. I know its not you who is doing this. I get that but come on this isn't fair. I've been using you guys for years and we can't get this simple task done? what's going on? Stop please and cancel my card there isn't anyone trying to take a call. :'(
