You can copy the pdf file to a flash drive and go somewhere like Staples or Office Depot or Fed Ex/Kinkos to print it.

Is there a reason you cannot efile?

Do you have a friend or family member with a printer? You can log onto TT from anywhere, even a public Library. But be careful.
