IRS says stimulus money has been deposited on turbo card. The web site and phone number are not working. Where is my stimulus money

I'm a grad student and my stimulus check got deposited on the turbo card I had in 2018. I can't access the account nor get anyone on the phone to get the money transferred to my actual checking account.

It depends. If you no longer have access to the old account, the IRS will issue a paper check instead. 

However, if the account still exists but is not in use and you no longer have access to a TurboTax Visa Debit Card, then you will need to get access to it. The steps are below depending on your situation. All I have right now is the number listed. I apologize if this is the number you already are trying.

• If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account using this link:  Report a Lost or Stolen Turbo Debit Card 
   
• If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. 

You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you. 

Due to unprecedented traffic they may experience some delays on the site or phone line. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we appreciate your patience.

Why does the bank it say the stimulus check says its getting deposited to show the last 4digits of my social

I couldn't use the same turbo card from last year for this years taxes so I had to get a new one is it possible it will go to the one from last year
