IRS amended my refund

I sent in my federal and state taxes, but the IRS amended my refund. I like to see the amendment.
The IRS has not send an updated tax form. and I need this ASAP in order to submit forms to college financial aid.

TurboTax does not get any information when the IRS changes a refund. You will receive a letter from the IRS in several weeks that explains what they changed. There might be a message on Where's My Refund that gives you an idea of what they changed.

They won't send you an updated return. Just a letter saying what they changed. Did they amend it for more or less refund? There are a couple common things they are fixing this year, like unemployment or the Recovery rebate credit on line 30.
