Hello,
I submitted my return on April 3 and received the acceptance email on the same day. I just logged in to my IRS Account and there is a large notice that my return has not been filed at all. I can't seem to get through to an actual person at the IRS and can't find a way to contact anyone with TurboTax. I am very worried and have no idea what to do at this point.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Since you've already successfully e-filed your federal return using TurboTax, you won't be allowed to e-file it again. I'd recommend printing and mailing your return to the IRS as soon as possible. Include a cover letter explaining what you found when you went to the IRS website. MOST IMPORTANTLY, include a copy of the TurboTax email that stated your federal return had been accepted by the IRS. I would suggest mailing your return using a method that requires a signature receipt. That way, you can prove that the IRS actually HAS your return.
It's not common, but the IRS has been know to "lose" a return. This may be what happened in your case.
Here are instructions to get back into your return to print and file by mail.

If you mean you logged into the transcript section of the IRS site then that is a normal situation if the return has not been PROCESSED yet.
Or are you referring to the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool? If so, that WMR tool has been squirrelly a lot this year. But you do also have to make sure you are using the tool correctly. Even then a lot of people have trouble with it and experience what you report.
Double-check that your efiled returns were indeed accepted. If you used Online TurboTax, log in and go to the Tax Home and check the efile status.
Here are some tips when using the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool:
