Should not need to need to find out what issue is. IF TT did not screw us all we be ok.
I recommend all that paid and have not got the refund to file a claim with BBB and bank. I did mine and IRS even says TT screwed up
I am having the same issue. Mine was accepted 2/11 ans it says if it’s more than 21 days to call the IRS. So I try doing that for a week now and still can’t get though.
Should not have to pay for such lack of service
If you call the 800 number I press 1 2 3 1 2 on the prompt and never enter SSN and can get though. I call about 1 pm est most of the time.
Is TT giving any refunds for the services that we paid for? Especially, those of us who filed electronically & won't receive our refund as quick as TT states (by filing electronically). So many of us could've saved ourselves a lot of money & just mailed our returns to IRS, since the wait of 10 weeks seems to be the same as if we did. If TT is not offering some type of refund, then I'm positive going forward, TT will lose a tremendous amount of previous customers. TT should think about what this glitch/issue has done & will do for their future business & reconsider giving repeat customers a substantial refund. I've been a TT customer for more than 12 yrs & I will definitely be using a different tax provider from now on.
this doesn't answer the question. if they take 10 weeks to get refunds out, that's 70 days. Which is more than 45 days. So is everyone that has to wait 10 weeks going to get interest? Please provide clear info.
Same thing is happening to me
There are a lot of delays for federal refunds this year. The IRS is working overtime to get stimulus payments sent out to you and process your tax returns. Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.
That is only part of the truth. TT screwed millions over by having a software glitch. Line 30 of mine is blank like should be but TT SCREWED UP AGAIN. I see what comes from BBB
Get this! Just received a email from TT saying they’re going to debit my account on 4/9 for the amount it cost to file because the IRS has not disbursed my $.

When you set the fees up to be deducted from your refund, you agreed to the terms and conditions.
