The tax for my stepson was submitted and requires an ip pin.  It was rejected.  I need help

You can retrieve your IP PIN online at the IRS's Get an IP PIN site or call the IRS to have it mailed to you. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information:

You can also print and mail your tax return if you cannot retrieve it.
