International Problem - Chase Credit Card won't work to pay for Turbo Tax fee

I'm in Australia and my Chase Credit Card (USA bank) uses my Australian address on the Card.

At the end of filing for Turbo Tax, when paying, it says, "Pay Now" so I clicked on this, and it says,

"Live outside the US? No problem! Just make sure to pay for Turbo Tax with a credit card from a US based financial institution"

So, I typed in using my Chase Credit Card details, but then when it says, "What is your billing address?" I tried to put in my Australian address (as my USA Chase Credit Card has my Australian address in it) but there is no option to show Australian state, it all shows US States. How can I make it accept my Australian address?

I even tried PayPal method, but my PayPal is Australian and it seems not to work. Any help will be much appreciated as I'd like to have it all filed and paid. Thanks.

TurboTax only accepts credit cards with a U.S. billing address. See the following FAQ.

Thank you rjs, today I updated my Chase bank with a US address, and tried again, but Turbo Tax still having problem receiving my credit card entry. I also changed the "My Info" in Turbo Tax to show the same US mailing address, and still the same problem. I'll wait for 2-3 days and try again.

I hope it is not because they have locked the credit card details or something like that.

I need to be able to contact with a live person by email as I'm unable to call (deaf). Can someone alert to a Turbo tax person to contact me by email about this, please? I want to be able to pay to have the taxes filed. Thank you.
